NEW CUSTOM HOMES ON THE HORIZON
We're excited to share a sneak peek at our newest builds
We’re making exciting progress on our custom off-the-grid home in Sointula! With the help of Pacific Homes, who delivered prefabricated wall packages to site, the framing stage is now complete.
We’re currently getting the building wrapped to prep for siding and to make way for the interior trades to begin. From here on, we’ll be sharing live construction photos so you can follow along as each stage of the build comes together.
Building in a remote community 300 kilometers from our base in the Cowichan Valley has its challenges, but with careful planning and teamwork, everything is moving forward smoothly. Stay tuned, there’s lots more to come.

Westhill Build Update:
This impressive 17,000 sq ft two-storey addition is taking shape atop Westholme in Crofton, BC, offering stunning views from every angle. The project has been steadily progressing and is now well into the siding and interior finishing stages. With its spacious design and prime location, this build is shaping up to be something truly special.
