In some cases, clients may already have their own designs in mind. We’ll review these designs together, and where needed, we’ll bring Craig into the process to ensure that both the budget and client needs are met. Our goal is to ensure every project is both aesthetically pleasing and financially feasible.

3. Permitting & Approvals

What Happens:
We handle all the necessary permits and regulatory approvals. Our team works closely with local municipalities to ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
